SHIPPING

Orders are shipped from Ireland. Your lovely orders are processed Monday to Friday. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order has been shipped.
* Please note during busy times such as collection launches, Christmas etc. orders will take slightly longer to process.
Shipping will be provided by AN POST. For Ireland your order will usually arrive within 2-3 working days after you receive shipping confirmation. For Europe please allow 3-5 working days and Rest of World please allow 10 working days.
Please ensure you provide a valid email address and telephone number when you order - we may need this information to contact you should any issues arise that could affect delivery time. Once shipping confirmation is sent your order cannot be adjusted or cancelled.

RETURNS POLICY

In order for us to process online returns, returned items must be in their original condition and returned to us within 28 days of purchase for full price items and 14 days for discounted items. Returned items must be unused, with all labels intact and in their original packaging. In the unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we will not be able to accept it and the item will be sent back to you.

ONLINE PURCHASES

  • Return within 14 days for a refund (Full Price Items)
  • Return within 28 days for exchange or credit note (Full Price Items)
  • Discounted items must be returned within 14 days.

We cannot accept returns without a valid store receipt. Gift Cards cannot be returned or exchanged for cash.
When returning or exchanging items, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. We cover the shipping costs for faulty purchases only.
When purchasing online, returned goods can be refunded (minus the delivery cost and any other relevant costs incurred) as appropriate. Refunds will be made to the original purchaser’s card excluding shipping costs and processed within 30 days on receipt of returned item(s).

Please include your name and order number inside all returns. We recommend you send your return tracked, as we are not liable for any loss in transit.
We check every item before dispatch but please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
We cannot accept returns without a valid store receipt.

In the unlikely event that something that has been ordered is out of stock we will part–ship and give you the option of a refund/exchange on the outstanding item/items.
